The location was excellent, just steps away from Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza. The room was clean and comfy, with lots of pillows to choose from. I really appreciated the Dove toiletries provided, which set a nice tone. The breakfast was solid with a good selection, including eggs and sausages. The staff made me feel welcome, especially during breakfast when everything was kept well-stocked. However, I found the lack of a fridge and microwave inconvenient, especially since I had some food I couldn't keep cold. The only elevator was a bit tricky to access, and the hard mattress could use updating for better comfort. Overall, a decent stay, but some improvements needed for a more comfortable experience.

The staff was super friendly, especially Paul in the breakfast area who made sure everyone felt welcome! The room was clean and comfy, and we loved the picnic tables outside for a quick bite. One thing tho, parking was a bit tight at times.

Door entries should be monitored!!! No towels in the gym and not enough in the pool area!!! The gym equipment needs proper maintenance, and chamber services were inconsistent!!!

We stayed for 2 nights in a King Room Non Smoking. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Phil, the breakfast guy, was a highlight of our stay-he's so friendly and made breakfast fun! We felt very welcome, especially since we were in town for a graduation.
